My coworker, Pricilla, turned "the big 3-0" Thursday! I had so much fun making this banner for her (the first one I've made).
I found these cool scrapbook papers (some remind me of vintage wallpaper) for the banner at The Crafty Scrapper in Waxahachie, TX. If you haven't been, you must check them out. We had the best time at work celebrating Pricilla's birthday! Marian made her famous German Chocolate Cake (her frosting is out-of-this-world delicious!). And we took her out to eat at Fiesta Grill---Yum!
